After 19 days of listening to your hypnotic recording (kma.mp3) looped endlessly on my mobile mp3 player with headphones basically everywhere I’ve gone, as well as constant background audio at home, even while sleeping, i’m sure i’ve listened to at least several thousand repetitions. I obeyed your command to repeat certain statements as i heard you say them, as long as there were not others within earshot. I started out listening to the recording with little seriousness, but once i started listening i found that i could not stop. I could only continue listening to you over and over night and day, every day. The effect of this has been incredible and kind of scary. My mind seems to have been reprogrammed to humbly accept a number of what i now see as immutable facts of life without question. My mind now seems incapable of questioning these facts:
